Monitor utility unit operations during shifts to serve quality and safe production.
Energy reporting, the operation of machinery in shifts, incidents and treatment directions
Plan the maintenance of machinery for implementation, monitoring and monitoring and evaluation of results.
Make decisions and directions when there is a problem in the shift to ensure that the machine is back into operation for the fastest and most efficient production
Control tracking key indicators:
Make daily reports, action plans to improve targets, and implement, monitor and evaluate results
Control the daily energy use indicators such as: Electricity, DO, Boiler combustion materials.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position in the field of food/water. Priority is given to IQF fast frozen fruit processing and coconut product processing
Graduated from University or higher majoring in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Automatic Electrical
Read specialized technical documents,… equivalent to level B of English
GMP, HACCP, BRC management experience in manufacturing
