Head of Filling and Packing

JOB DESCRIPTION

  •   Regularly update  the production  plan  to ensure  that  the schedule is met,  production requirements
  • Receive handover,  disseminate and assign   work for machine operation  before each shift.
  •               Timekeeping, uniform inspection – labor protection of workers in  the packing  area, supervision  of  working   time, mobilization  of workers in the area  packing  when  requested  directly from the  head of  production shift
  •  Regularly   inspect and  urge  subordinates to   comply with regulations  on  production technical  standards and  occupational  safety standards.
  •    Carry out the statistics  of  forms, quickly  report  to  superiors the incidents and  unresolved situations  that occur in the production  team  ,  between  production   teams,  report  directly to  the production shift chief
  •  Hand over the finished product at the end of  each shift with the warehouse department by coupon.
  •   Promptly detect    and immediately report  the risks  that may  occur in the  production  process,  threatening the safety of workers  and other workers.  equipment  .
  •   Note the   damaged   information  and  contact the technical department  to  handle  it in a timely manner so  as not to affect the production  schedule  much.
  • Make sure the     post-shift  tools are organized neatly, neatly

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE:

  •  Degree: Intermediate graduation   or higher
  •     Specialized qualifications: Processing Mechanics,  Automation,  Mechatronics
  •   Legal knowledge Has good  knowledge of OSH  law  &  related  documents.

SKILL:

  •  Capable of    evaluating &  commenting on machinery  equipment.
  •  Capable of managing, assigning  and   supervising work.
  •  Ability to give a presentation
  • Capable of  negotiating, persuasion

ABILITY:

  •   Work experience  : At least 02 years  of experience  in   similar positions at   companies with a  size  of 100  or more employees
  •  professional  ability to process   beverage  processing   plants for 2 years or more
  • Have   in-depth  knowledge  of:
  •  Knowledgeable activities Management  of   processing production
  •  OSH Law
  •  Analysis of maintenance  assessment  of machinery  and equipment.
  •   Have   the capacity to establish  and  implement steps  and policy  regulations in the  field   of machinery and  equipment.
